Shipping time:
We work almost 24/7 and do everything so you will receive your fire item(s) as soon as possible. We ship items between 1-2 working days, how fast the package will get to you depends on where you are living. Shipping can take longer because of the pandemic.

Returns:
You have 14 days to return your order from the day you received the package. How to do this:
1. Send us an email (Thriftoncontact@gmail.com) with your order number. Please also provide us with the name and bank number which you wanted to be refunded on.
2. We send you an email with the return address
3. You can bring the package to the post office
Shipment is on the customer his own risk and own costs. Please keep your proof of shipment, we are not responsible for packages that do not reach our office. When we received the package we'll refund you between 1-14 working days.
